• I am available Monday-Friday 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. EST for all of my clients.  Weekends and holidays are generally reserved for my family, but I am available for urgent matters or scheduled meetings.
  • My clients are provided with my phone number and my email. I accept calls, texts, and emails. I respond instantly to urgent matters and ask for 24-48 hours to respond to general requests.
  • Invoices are sent at the time you are onboarded and will continue monthly until my services are no longer needed. All payments are due upon receipt of invoice.
  • I accept online payments only.  
  • If, at any time, you are not satisfied with my services I ask that you communicate your concerns so we can work together to adjust the way we work together. COMMUNICATION IS KEY and I strive to make sure all of my clients are satisfied with the work that I do.
  • If you choose to cancel my services, I require 30-Days Notice. Your final invoice will be prorated from the date of your written request for cancellation.
